(2) How can a conceptual reconstruction\r\nframework for integrative and digital-based Arabic language learning\r\nmanagement be developed based on the identified needs and empirical\r\nfindings at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Kolaka? (3) How can\r\nthe proposed reconstruction model of Arabic language learning\r\nmanagement be implemented and recommended to improve the\r\neffectiveness and quality of learning in madrasahs? This study aims\r\nto: (1) describe the empirical condition of Arabic language learning\r\nmanagement at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Kolaka, Southeast\r\nSulawesi, covering the aspects of planning, implementation,\r\nevaluation, and supervision of learning; (2) analyze the construction\r\nof an integrative and digital-based reconstruction of Arabic language\r\nlearning management developed based on the needs and empirical\r\nfindings in the madrasah; and (3) produce a reconstruction model of\r\nArabic language learning management that can be implemented and\r\nrecommended to improve the effectiveness and quality of learning in\r\nmadrasahs.\r\nThis study employed a descriptive qualitative approach as the\r\nbasis for field exploration. The research was conducted at State\r\nIslamic Senior High School 1 Kolaka. The research subjects consisted\r\nof the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, Arabic language\r\nteachers, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out\r\nthrough observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires.\r\nData analysis used an interactive model consisting of data reduction,\r\ndata display, and conclusion drawing.\r\nThe results of the study indicate that the management of Arabic\r\nlanguage learning at State Islamic Senior High School 1 Kolaka has\r\nbeen implemented in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation,\r\nand supervision. However, several obstacles were still identified,\r\nincluding learning tools that were not fully adaptive to students’ needs,\r\nthe use of digital media that had not been systematically integrated,\r\nand learning evaluation that was still oriented toward cognitive\r\naspects. Based on these findings, this study produced an integrative\r\nand digital-based reconstruction model of Arabic learning\r\nmanagement emphasizing participatory planning, collaborative\r\nlearning, the utilization of digital technology, authentic assessment,\r\nand continuous supervision. The developed model proved capable of\r\nimproving the effectiveness of the learning process, student\r\nparticipation, teacher professionalism, and the quality of Arabic\r\nlanguage learning in madrasahs.\r\nThe implications of this study indicate that the integrative and\r\ndigital-based reconstruction of Arabic learning management can serve\r\nas an alternative learning management model relevant to the needs of\r\nmadrasah education in the era of digital transformation.
