        abstract = {The phenomenon of rising educated poverty indicates that Indonesia's education
system still leans more towards producing entertainers, employees, and civil servants
than entrepreneurs. Education is often oriented towards academic achievement and
popularity, but has not fully formed economic independence and an entrepreneurial
spirit. In this context, santripreneurs are present as a strategic solution to overcome
educated unemployment while maintaining Islamic values in business practices. This
paradigm shift also changes the image of Islamic boarding schools into Islamic
educational institutions that actively contribute to strengthening a sustainable economy.
The objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out: (1) How is the planning for the
evaluation of the santri entrepreneurship education program at Santripreneur Indonesia.
(2) How is the implementation of the santri entrepreneur cadre education program at
Santripreneur Indonesia. (3) The impact of the santri entrepreneur cadre education
program at Santripreneur Indonesia. This study highlights the urgent need to improve the
education of santri entrepreneur cadres with the achievement of santri having the
motivation to achieve excellence, overcome obstacles, take measured risks, and seek
direct feedback, which are important characteristics to strengthen entrepreneurial
intentions.
The results of this study show that: (1) the management of the entrepreneurship
education program at Santripreneur Indonesia is carried out in a structured manner
through a systemic approach that includes analysis of the needs of students, provision of
practitioner mentors, an adaptive curriculum, and continuous evaluation to ensure
alignment between Islamic boarding school values and economic independence. (2) Its
implementation is realized through business education, technical skills training, and
mentoring through business incubation and field practice integrated with the Islamic
boarding school schedule, thus encouraging the transformation of students into job
creators with strong mental resilience and sharia business ethics. (3) the sustainable
impact of this program is seen in the strengthening of the independent Islamic boarding
school economic ecosystem through consistent regeneration of entrepreneur cadres,
improving the standard of living of students, and creating a model of community-based
economic empowerment that is able to align financial profits with long-term social
benefits.}
