      "abstract": "The phenomenon of rising educated poverty indicates that Indonesia's education\r\nsystem still leans more towards producing entertainers, employees, and civil servants\r\nthan entrepreneurs. Education is often oriented towards academic achievement and\r\npopularity, but has not fully formed economic independence and an entrepreneurial\r\nspirit. In this context, santripreneurs are present as a strategic solution to overcome\r\neducated unemployment while maintaining Islamic values in business practices. This\r\nparadigm shift also changes the image of Islamic boarding schools into Islamic\r\neducational institutions that actively contribute to strengthening a sustainable economy.\r\nThe objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out: (1) How is the planning for the\r\nevaluation of the santri entrepreneurship education program at Santripreneur Indonesia.\r\n(2) How is the implementation of the santri entrepreneur cadre education program at\r\nSantripreneur Indonesia. (3) The impact of the santri entrepreneur cadre education\r\nprogram at Santripreneur Indonesia. This study highlights the urgent need to improve the\r\neducation of santri entrepreneur cadres with the achievement of santri having the\r\nmotivation to achieve excellence, overcome obstacles, take measured risks, and seek\r\ndirect feedback, which are important characteristics to strengthen entrepreneurial\r\nintentions.\r\nThe results of this study show that: (1) the management of the entrepreneurship\r\neducation program at Santripreneur Indonesia is carried out in a structured manner\r\nthrough a systemic approach that includes analysis of the needs of students, provision of\r\npractitioner mentors, an adaptive curriculum, and continuous evaluation to ensure\r\nalignment between Islamic boarding school values and economic independence. (2) Its\r\nimplementation is realized through business education, technical skills training, and\r\nmentoring through business incubation and field practice integrated with the Islamic\r\nboarding school schedule, thus encouraging the transformation of students into job\r\ncreators with strong mental resilience and sharia business ethics. (3) the sustainable\r\nimpact of this program is seen in the strengthening of the independent Islamic boarding\r\nschool economic ecosystem through consistent regeneration of entrepreneur cadres,\r\nimproving the standard of living of students, and creating a model of community-based\r\neconomic empowerment that is able to align financial profits with long-term social\r\nbenefits.",
