It employs a qualitative, descriptive approach, using Robert M. Entman?s framework for analyzing media framing. The study is also informed by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann?s theory of media-mediated reality con-struction. Data was collected through non-participatory observation of 10 news vid-eos selected using purposeful sampling. Transcripts and visual materials were also utilized as supplementary data. The results show that Tribun Jogja consistently por-trays the Palestinian-Israeli conflict as a severe humanitarian crisis, rather than merely a routine military confrontation. In terms of defining the problem, Tribun Jogja highlights the suffering of civilians, damage to public facilities, and repeated violations of cease-fires.Israel?s military offensive actions by the IDF are cited as the main cause of the conflict?s escalation. In terms of making moral judgments, the media explicitly condemns military actions that target civilian settlements, hos-pitals, and refugee camps, under the pretext of international humanitarian law. As for recommendations for resolving the conflict, Tribun Jogja advocates for multi-lateral diplomacy, compliance with ceasefire agreements, and a more active role by the United Nations. This narrative can help shape public opinion in a way that fos-ters collective empathy toward Palestinians.
