As a recovery effort, the Educational and Food Security Tourism Village was developed to revitalize the local economy by utilizing village potential and education-based attractions. This descriptive qualitative study aims to analyze the management model of the tourism village and its outcomes viewed from the aspect of community human resource development. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the management model applies a Community Based Tourism (CBT) approach encompassing planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling functions. This management positively impacts community human resource development, evidenced by increased motivation, the formation of an open and confident personality, and enhanced technical skills in food processing, handicrafts, and integrated agriculture/livestock.
