The study is motivated by the fact that workplace social support affects the quality of interpersonal relationships among workers, where disparities in receiving it can trigger conflicts and reduce performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether social support has an impact on the quality of interpersonal relationships among workers at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, as well as to measure the magnitude of the influence of social support on these relationships. This study utilizes a quantitative method with an associative approach. Survey data collection and distribution were conducted on 62 employee respondents of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja drawn from 6 work divisions. The samples were collected through a proportionate stratified quota sampling technique, which is a sampling method used when the population components have proportional strata elements, taking samples based on specific characteristics until the quota is fulfilled. The methods used to analyze the data include simple linear regression and partial testing (t-test) using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that social support has a significant influence on the quality of interpersonal relationships. This is evidenced by a P-Value that is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, meaning Hypothesis H1 is accepted and Hypothesis H0 is rejected. In addition, a regression coefficient of 0.950 was obtained, indicating that every single unit increase in social support will improve the quality of interpersonal relationships by 0.950 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R Square) result of 0.627 shows that social support contributes to 62.7% of the influence, while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. %Z Muhamad Rashif Hilmi, S.Si., M.Sc.
