Women bear not only responsibilities in economic activities but also carry out domestic work and social activities. This condition highlights the importance of women's empowerment that is oriented not only toward economic improvement but also toward the distribution of roles and gender relations. One effort to empower women in Sabdodadi Kalurahan is carried out through the Desa PRIMA Program, which aims to increase women's independence and welfare through economic activities. This study aims to analyze gender relations within the Desa PRIMA Program and to identify changes in women's roles after participating in the program. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of ten people, comprising one program facilitator, one program leader, four members of the Desa PRIMA Program, and four family members of program participants. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. This study applies the Gender and Development (GAD) perspective, operationalized through the Moser Gender Planning Framework, particularly the concept of triple role, which encompasses productive, reproductive, and community work roles. The findings indicate that the Desa PRIMA Program provides space for women to increase their involvement in productive activities through business development and economic activities. This involvement not only provides economic benefits but also encourages adjustments in the distribution of reproductive roles within the family, as reflected in the growing involvement of other family members in domestic work. Women also continue to carry out their social roles through involvement in group and community activities. Thus, the Desa PRIMA Program contributes to women's empowerment in the economic aspect and encourages adjustments in role distribution and gender relations within the family.
