This study aims to analyze the factors causing non-performing financing and the strategies used to resolve it. The research employed a qualitative approach with field research methods through observation, interviews, documentation, and descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that the primary causes originate from external member-related factors, while the resolution strategies include persuasive approaches, collection efforts, rescheduling, restructuring, and strengthening financing analysis.
