Using a comparative-associative quantitative approach grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior, the study drew a simple random sample of 171 active students (68 from PTN, 103 from PTS) sized according to Hair et al. (2010), who completed a four-point Likert questionnaire via Google Form. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and an Independent Samples t-Test in SPSS 25. Financial literacy (t = 5.640), financial attitude (t = 6.510), and financial behavior (t = 8.102) each showed a positive, significant effect on financial management (sig = 0.000), with financial behavior as the strongest predictor. The three variables jointly explained 55.3\% of the variance in financial management (F = 68.897; R? = 0.553; sig = 0.000). An independent samples t-test also found a significant difference between PTN and PTS students (sig = 0.038), with PTS students scoring higher on average (23.32) than PTN students (22.40), though the underlying causes of this gap fall outside the scope of the study.} }
