        <dc:description>This study examines the effect of financial literacy, financial attitude, and&#13;
financial behavior on financial management among university students, and&#13;
compares financial management between students at State Universities (PTN) and&#13;
Private Universities (PTS) across Java. Using a comparative-associative&#13;
quantitative approach grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior, the study drew&#13;
a simple random sample of 171 active students (68 from PTN, 103 from PTS) sized&#13;
according to Hair et al. (2010), who completed a four-point Likert questionnaire&#13;
via Google Form. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and an&#13;
Independent Samples t-Test in SPSS 25. Financial literacy (t = 5.640), financial&#13;
attitude (t = 6.510), and financial behavior (t = 8.102) each showed a positive,&#13;
significant effect on financial management (sig = 0.000), with financial behavior&#13;
as the strongest predictor. The three variables jointly explained 55.3% of the&#13;
variance in financial management (F = 68.897; R² = 0.553; sig = 0.000). An&#13;
independent samples t-test also found a significant difference between PTN and&#13;
PTS students (sig = 0.038), with PTS students scoring higher on average (23.32)&#13;
than PTN students (22.40), though the underlying causes of this gap fall outside the&#13;
scope of the study.</dc:description>
