%X Poverty is a multidimensional phenomenon that poses a major challenge in economic development to achieve community welfare. This quantitative study analyzes the effects of the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT), Minimum Wage, GRDP per Capita, and Regional Expenditure on the Poverty Rate in the former Pati Residency area for the 2015–2024 period using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The estimation results at a 5% significance level indicate that TPT and GRDP per Capita have a positive and significant effect on poverty rate. Conversely, the Minimum Wage has a negative and significant effect, whereas Regional Expenditure is found to have no significant effect on the Poverty Rate in the region.
