The analytical method used is panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM), selected based on the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test, using EViews 12 as the analytical tool. The results show that, partially, Average Years of Schooling and MSME Credit have a significant effect on the poverty rate, while DI and FDI have no significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the poverty rate. The coefficient of determination of 33.38% indicates that the variables in the study explain 33.38% of the variation in the poverty rate, while the remaining 66.62% is explained by factors outside the research model.
