      "abstract": "Human development in Indonesia continues to rise, yet regional disparities\r\nremain a critical challenge. This study investigates the impact of the Dependency\r\nRatio, Poverty Rate, Economic Growth, and GRDP per capita on the Human\r\nDevelopment Index. Utilising panel data across 33 provinces from 2010-2024 via\r\nHeteroskedasticity and Autocorrelation Consistent (HAC) approach, the estimation\r\nresults reveal that independent variables exert a negative and significant effect on\r\nHDI. These findings confirm that the high demographic burden, together with\r\nissues of poverty and the unequal distribution of the fruits of development, represent\r\ncrucial challenges; these conditions have not yet served as an effective foundation\r\nfor accelerating the quality of human development.",
