Secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) were analyzed using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach across 24 regencies/cities (286 total panel observations). Simultaneously, the results show that all independent variables significantly affect tobacco production, accounting for 96.24\% of the total variance in production. Partially, tobacco land area and the number of tobacco farmers have a statistically significant positive effect on tobacco production at the 5\% significance level. Conversely, the tobacco selling price shows a negative and statistically non-significant effect on production volume. This study highlights the importance of preserving productive agricultural land, enhancing farmer capability, and stabilizing market trading mechanisms to sustain regional tobacco production growth.} }
