      "abstract": "This study aims to examine the effect of Workload, Organizational Climate, Work\r\nAbility, and Physical Health on Employee Performance, with Mental Well-Being as\r\na mediating variable, at Bank BPD DIY. This research adopts a quantitative\r\napproach using purposive sampling, with primary data obtained through\r\nquestionnaires distributed to 63 employee respondents. The data were analyzed\r\nusing Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the\r\nassistance of SmartPLS 3. The findings reveal that Workload, Organizational\r\nClimate, Work Ability, and Physical Health have a positive and significant effect on\r\nboth Mental Well-Being and Employee Performance. Mental Well-Being also has a\r\npositive and significant effect on Employee Performance and significantly mediates\r\nthe effect of the four independent variables on Employee Performance.",
