This research adopts a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 63 employee respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3. The findings reveal that Workload, Organizational Climate, Work Ability, and Physical Health have a positive and significant effect on both Mental Well-Being and Employee Performance.
