%T PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, IKLIM ORGANISASI, KEMAMPUAN KERJA, DAN KESEHATAN FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KESEJAHTERAAN MENTAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA BANK BPD DIY
%X This study aims to examine the effect of Workload, Organizational Climate, Work
Ability, and Physical Health on Employee Performance, with Mental Well-Being as
a mediating variable, at Bank BPD DIY. This research adopts a quantitative
approach using purposive sampling, with primary data obtained through
questionnaires distributed to 63 employee respondents. The data were analyzed
using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the
assistance of SmartPLS 3. The findings reveal that Workload, Organizational
Climate, Work Ability, and Physical Health have a positive and significant effect on
both Mental Well-Being and Employee Performance. Mental Well-Being also has a
positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and significantly mediates
the effect of the four independent variables on Employee Performance.
