"This study aims to examine the influence of employer branding and work-life balance on employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, at BPRS Madina Syariah and BPRS Formes Sleman in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 69 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3. The findings reveal that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while employer branding does not significantly affect employee performance. Furthermore, both employer branding and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction does not significantly affect employee performance and is unable to mediate the relationship between employer branding and employee performance or between work-life balance and employee performance.
