PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI SEKTOR PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2020-2025)NIM.: 22108020091Mar’athus SholikhahauthorThis study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance—as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Financing-to-Deposit Ratio/Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (FDR/LDR), Minimum Capital Adequacy Ratio (KPPM/CAR), and firm size on firm value in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2025. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of banking companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, while data analysis was conducted using the Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS) method. The results indicate that, simultaneously, ROA, ROE, FDR/LDR, KPPM/CAR, and firm size have a significant impact on firm value. Partially, ROA, FDR/LDR, KPPM/CAR, and firm size have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while ROE has a negative but insignificant effect.
