A quantitative approach was employed using data from 179 Muslim respondents, analyzed through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Islamic financial literacy and expected return hAVE significant positive effects, whereas risk perception has a significant negative effect on investment decisions.
