A quantitative approach was employed using data from 179 Muslim respondents, analyzed through Partial Least Squares?Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Islamic financial literacy and expected return hAVE significant positive effects, whereas risk perception has a significant negative effect on investment decisions. Religiosity significantly strengthens these relationships, indicating that more religious investors place greater emphasis on Sharia compliance, expected returns, and investment risks when making investment decisions.
