The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data from 126 muzakki respondents, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling approach using the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method through SmartPLS software. The study shows that corporate governance have a positive and significant effect, both through direct and indirect influences on muzakki loyalty. Conversely, the Quality of Management variable does not have a direct effect on muzakki loyalty, but must go through the mediating variable, namely trust.
