The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting data from 126 muzakki respondents, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling approach using the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method through SmartPLS software. The study shows that corporate governance have a positive and significant effect, both through direct and indirect influences on muzakki loyalty. Conversely, the Quality of Management variable does not have a direct effect on muzakki loyalty, but must go through the mediating variable, namely trust. In the indirect effect test, the trust variable successfully mediates the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable significantly.
