abstract: Cash holding is an important financial policy for companies to maintain liquidity and support operational activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, net working capital, and sales growth on cash holding in Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2025 period. The research population consists of 132 companies, while the sample comprises 109 companies selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of Stata 15. The results show that profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on cash holding. Leverage also has a negative but insignificant effect on cash holding. Meanwhile, net working capital has a positive effect on cash holding, while sales growth has a positive but insignificant effect on cash holding.
