%T PERAN PENDAMPINGAN MASJID JOGOKARIYAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DALAM PENGARUH FASILITASI DAN EVENT MASJID TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN UMKM BINAAN
%X This study aims to analyze the effects of mosque facilitation and mosque events on the income improvement of assisted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Jogokariyan Mosque and to examine the role of MSME mentoring as a moderating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 assisted MSME owners at Jogokariyan Mosque. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that facilitation has a positive and significant effect on MSME income improvement, while mosque events also have a positive and significant effect on MSME income improvement. In contrast, MSME mentoring does not have a significant direct effect on income improvement. Furthermore, mentoring does not significantly moderate the effects of either facilitation or mosque events on MSME income improvement. The R² value of 0.734 indicates that 73.4% of the variance in MSME income improvement can be explained by the constructs included in the research model. These findings indicate that facilitation and mosque events play a more prominent role in improving the income of assisted MSMEs, while the effectiveness of mentoring requires further strengthening in terms of quality, intensity, and implementation in business activities.
