This study aims to describe the manifestations of Quiet Quitting behavior, analyze the implementation of Clan Culture, and understand the dynamics behind the emergence of Quiet Quitting within the framework of Clan Culture, driven by the organizational leaders' ethnic cultural backgrounds. The research subjects consisted of eight student leaders of the "X" Student Activity Unit (UKM) for the 2025 period. This qualitative research employed a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews and observation of organizational agendas, complemented by source and method triangulation. The results show that Quiet Quitting manifests in three forms: limiting contributions to basic core tasks, social-emotional withdrawal from organizational agendas, and role passivity within the leadership. Clan Culture was proven to trigger this behavior due to the blurring of professional boundaries and the lack of leadership assertiveness. Conversely, the sense of togetherness and peer support act as a cohesive bond that prevents members from completely resigning from the organization. Furthermore, the acculturation of the leaders' ethnic culture, which tends to avoid conflict, further reinforces this withdrawal behavior.} }
