This study aims to determine the role of the management of the Post-Hajj Islamic Intensive Studies Program (KIIP) at KBIHU Multazam Yogyakarta in maintaining the unity of pilgrims. This study uses a field qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving administrators, supervisors, and alumni congregations. Data analysis used the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models with validity tests through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that KBIHU Multazam implements four management functions comprehensively. First, planning is focused on the preparation of relevant Islamic materials and strategies for selecting da'wah cadres from the manasik stage. Second, the organization is carried out through a clear division of labor based on the foundation's Decree (SK) that separates the duties of the central management and local committees. Third, the implementation is designed to be adaptive through domicile-based studies, the elimination of the mabit system, and interactive learning. Fourth, supervision is carried out periodically through monitoring the presence of pilgrims and weekly routine evaluation meetings. These adjustments are effective in fostering continued halaqah and maintaining the consistency of congregational worship.
