A strong group culture requires new members to adjust their behavior in order to gain social acceptance; therefore, this study aims to analyze the dynamics of the communication structure as well as the factors that drive such conformity. The study employed a qualitative method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation of five new members as well as the Executive Chairman as a triangulation source. The findings indicate that group communication occurs primarily through one-way directives from leaders in the stadium stands, and secondarily through face-to-face discussions at the secretariat. The process of self-adjustment is driven by five psychosocial factors: the desire to be liked, fear of rejection, the desire to feel right, a shift in mindset, and concern about criticism. Supporter compliance includes rules such as wearing black clothing, the requirement to wear specific footwear, a ban on cell phone use, and the use of secondary social media accounts.
