"This study examines the representation of fate acceptance in the lyrics of Jalaran\r\nsadrah, an album by Barasuara. The research aims to reveal how the concept of\r\naccepting fate is represented through lyrical signs and meanings. This study\r\nemploys a qualitative descriptive approach using Roland Barthes' semiotic\r\nanalysis, which consists of denotation, connotation, and myth. The research data\r\nconsist of song lyrics from the Jalaran sadrah album, supported by interviews with\r\nDenzel from Buzzine.id as a triangulation source and relevant literature. The\r\nfindings indicate that the representation of fate acceptance in the album is not\r\nportrayed as passive surrender, but rather as an active process of acknowledging\r\nreality, accepting life's uncertainties, and continuing to move forward with\r\nresilience and self-awareness. Through symbolic language, metaphors, and\r\ncultural values embedded in the lyrics, Barasuara constructs the meaning of fate\r\nacceptance as a form of emotional maturity and personal growth. These findings\r\ndemonstrate that music lyrics function not only as artistic expression but also as a\r\nmedium for conveying philosophical and social meanings related to human life."^^ .
