        <dc:description>The study is grounded in the importance of principal leadership in creating a school&#13;
atmosphere that is conducive, safe, and supportive of students' holistic&#13;
development, particularly in the non-academic domain. This research employed a&#13;
qualitative approach with a case study design. This study aims to describe the role&#13;
of the madrasah principal in fostering school climate and to analyze its contribution&#13;
to students' non-academic achievement.&#13;
The research subjects consisted of the madrasah principal, the vice principal for&#13;
student affairs, the vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students. Data were&#13;
collected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Source&#13;
triangulation was used to test the validity of the data obtained.&#13;
The research results indicate that the madrasah principal plays an important role&#13;
in building the school climate through an interpersonal role in the form of&#13;
exemplary conduct and presence, an informational role in the form of monitoring&#13;
and information dissemination, and a decisional role in the form of decision-making&#13;
through deliberative forums. This conducive school climate contributes positively&#13;
to the development of students' non-academic achievements, both in sports and arts,&#13;
as well as various competitions at the local, regional, national, and international&#13;
levels.</dc:description>
