      "abstract": "The study is grounded in the importance of principal leadership in creating a school\r\natmosphere that is conducive, safe, and supportive of students' holistic\r\ndevelopment, particularly in the non-academic domain. This research employed a\r\nqualitative approach with a case study design. This study aims to describe the role\r\nof the madrasah principal in fostering school climate and to analyze its contribution\r\nto students' non-academic achievement.\r\nThe research subjects consisted of the madrasah principal, the vice principal for\r\nstudent affairs, the vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students. Data were\r\ncollected through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Source\r\ntriangulation was used to test the validity of the data obtained.\r\nThe research results indicate that the madrasah principal plays an important role\r\nin building the school climate through an interpersonal role in the form of\r\nexemplary conduct and presence, an informational role in the form of monitoring\r\nand information dissemination, and a decisional role in the form of decision-making\r\nthrough deliberative forums. This conducive school climate contributes positively\r\nto the development of students' non-academic achievements, both in sports and arts,\r\nas well as various competitions at the local, regional, national, and international\r\nlevels.",
