This study aims to develop Guided Inquiry-based E-LKPDs on the subtopic of Bryophyta as teaching materials for 10th-grade high school/MA biology, to determine the suitability of the E-LKPDs based on evaluations by subject matter experts, media experts, and biology teachers, and to assess students’ responses to the developed E-LKPDs. This study is an R&D (Research and Development) study using the 4D model, which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages; however, it was limited to the Develop stage. The E-LKPD product was evaluated using a questionnaire administered to 1 subject matter expert, 1 media expert, 1 biology teacher, and 15 students. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The research results consist of a Guided Inquiry-based E-LKPD product on the Bryophyta subtopic for 10th-grade students; the feasibility of the developed product falls into the Very Good (VG) category with a percentage of 90.66%, and student response to the product was rated Very Good (VG) with a percentage of 90.82%.
