abstract: Advances in information and communication technology have driven a transformation in the world of education, particularly in the development of innovative teaching materials tailored to students’ needs to improve the quality of the learning process—one example being the development of Guided Inquiry-based E-LKPDs. This study aims to develop Guided Inquiry-based E-LKPDs on the subtopic of Bryophyta as teaching materials for 10th-grade high school/MA biology, to determine the suitability of the E-LKPDs based on evaluations by subject matter experts, media experts, and biology teachers, and to assess students’ responses to the developed E-LKPDs. This study is an R&D (Research and Development) study using the 4D model, which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages; however, it was limited to the Develop stage. The E-LKPD product was evaluated using a questionnaire administered to 1 subject matter expert, 1 media expert, 1 biology teacher, and 15 students. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The research results consist of a Guided Inquiry-based E-LKPD product on the Bryophyta subtopic for 10th-grade students; the feasibility of the developed product falls into the Very Good (VG) category with a percentage of 90.66%, and student response to the product was rated Very Good (VG) with a percentage of 90.82%. Based on this assessment, it can be concluded that the biology E-LKPD developed has a Very Good (VG) suitability rating and can therefore be used by teachers and students in the learning process.
