This study employs a quantitative quasi-experimental approach using a non-equivalent control group design. The population consists of all Grade VII students at MTs Negeri 9 Bantul during the 2025/2026 academic year, with the sample comprising students from classes VII E and VII D. The instruments used include pre-tests and post-tests for problem-solving skills, pre-scales and post-scales for creative attitudes, lesson plans (RPP), and student worksheets (LKM). Data analysis was conducted using an independent samples t-test, preceded by prerequisite tests for normality and homogeneity of variance. The results indicate that the contextual-based CPS learning model is more effective than the conventional learning model in enhancing the problem-solving skills of Grade VII students. Furthermore, the contextual-based CPS learning model is more effective than the conventional model in fostering the creative attitudes of Grade VII students.
