This condition causes the process of managing administrative data in Islamic boarding schools to be ineffective, take a long time, and allow for human error. This research is motivated by the implementation of the e-pesantren application at the Al Iman Islamic Boarding School in Muntilan as an effort to facilitate administrative managers and parents/guardians of students in accessing information related to the Islamic boarding school in one place. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-pesantren- based administrative management and its optimization through total quality management, as well as the impacts generated on the system. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with the Islamic boarding school secretary, the head of finance, the head of the care and santri bureau, parents/guardians of the students, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data triangulation was carried out using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that: first, the process of implementing e-pesantren at the Al Iman Islamic Boarding School in Muntilan is carried out through planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. Second, the optimization of e-pesantren is carried out through the application of the principle of total quality management which is reflected in the purpose of using e-pesantren to answer the internal and external needs of the Islamic boarding school, the involvement of all elements of the Islamic boarding school, the commitment of the leadership and management team of e-pesantren , routine measurement of the achievement of e-pesantren use , and continuous improvement of the system. Third, the implementation of total quality management has an impact on improving the quality of administrative services based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.
