The primary phenomenon underlying this research is the challenge of maintaining moral consistency and the disparity between the values acquired in the pesantren and daily practices as alumni navigate the freedom of the university environment. This study aims to determine the level of religious maturity among the alumni based on Gordon W. Allport's theory and to analyze the contributing factors. This research employs a qualitative field research approach. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling, involving nine student alumni, five of their peers, the head of the pesantren, and four ustadz (religious teachers). Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through the processes of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results yield two main findings. First, there is a variation in the level of religious maturity among the alumni, with two out of the nine informants achieving full religious maturity by meeting all six of Allport's indicators. Specifically, the findings reveal that five informants possess well-differentiated knowledge, six informants utilize religion as an autonomous motivational power, six informants demonstrate firm moral consistency, five informants hold a comprehensive outlook on life, while seven informants have successfully integrated religious values into their daily lives and demonstrate a heuristic quality in their pursuit of knowledge.
