%T ANALISIS PROGRAM SMART MANDABA DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 BANTUL
%X The analysis of the Smart Mandaba Program is conducted to examine the implementation of the program developed with the objective of being utilized in a multifunctional manner to support all stages of the learning process, ranging from material delivery and teacher-student interaction to the evaluation of learning outcomes. However, the primary issue in the field reveals that the program's utilization remains suboptimal and heavily concentrated on examination and evaluation functions, while the material-sharing feature has not been optimally utilized by either teachers or students. This study aims to analyze the implementation.
This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and the research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Bantul. The research subjects consisted of the Head of the Madrasah, the Information Technology Team, the Vice Head of Curriculum, and two eleventh-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which was operationalized through NVivo software to categorize themes systematically and structurally, employing source and technique triangulation to maintain data validity.
The results of this study answer this issue by showing that the utilization of the Smart Mandaba Program remains concentrated on the evaluation and examination functions, while its use for daily learning has not been optimized. Based on the Edward III model, this gap stems from the disposition element, whereas the elements of communication, resources, and bureaucratic structure are classified as effective, allowing the active functions to still run in a structured manner, supported by high human resource commitment and the availability of adequate operational funding. The TEPHES analysis confirms positive impacts across the technological, economic, policy, health, environmental, and social aspects. The main obstacle is the limitation of internet network capacity during peak loads.
