%X This research is premised on the critical importance of strengthening the spiritual  foundation of first-year students at UNISA Yogyakarta during their developmental  transition to mitigate the risks of value disorientation and identity crises. This study aims  to analyze in depth the curriculum design, the mechanisms of the coaching process, and  the significant impact of the Pesantren Pemimpin Muda Berkemajuan (PESPAMA)  program on escalating the religiosity of first-year students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah  (UNISA) Yogyakarta.  The methodology applied in this study is descriptive qualitative with a field study  approach. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, in-depth  interviews with dormitory stakeholders, students, and instructors, as well as  documentation studies of guidebooks and assessment instruments. Data analysis was  executed systematically, encompassing the stages of data condensation, data display, and  conclusion drawing or verification.  The results of the study reveal three fundamental findings: (1) The PESPAMA  curriculum is an integrative design that combines Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan  (AIK) 2 materials with English for Daily Communication competencies based on  experiential learning, which is academically recognized and credited toward students'  course credits (SKS). (2) The coaching process is implemented through a 24/7 intensive  coaching system that encompasses strategic management, starting from planning  (recruitment and standardization of musyrif/musyrifah), execution through habituation  and yaumiyah (daily) worship, to a multilateral evaluation system involving cross-unit  judiciary review. (3) The empirical impact of the program demonstrates an increase in  religiosity across the five dimensions formulated by Glock and Stark, namely:  strengthening the ideological basis (aqidah), consistency in the ritualistic dimension  (obligatory and sunnah worship), expansion of the intellectual dimension (knowledge),  achievement of the experiential dimension (spiritual tranquility), and transformation of  the consequential dimension (noble character). This study concludes that PESPAMA is a  strategic coaching model effective in constructing the Islam Berkemajuan (Progressive  Islam) identity within the higher education environment.
