However, project development, team communication, and data management activities are still often carried out using multiple separate applications, resulting in reduced work efficiency. This study aims to design a business model and develop the concept of PolySync as a cloud-based digital collaboration platform. The research methods employed include business requirements analysis, the development of a Business Model Canvas (BMC), benchmarking against similar platforms, and financial feasibility analysis. PolySync is designed as a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides a collaborative workspace featuring real-time collaboration, project management, discussion systems, and cloud-based storage. The results indicate that PolySync has the potential to support the needs of university students, individual developers, and small teams in conducting collaborative software development and digital creative activities. Financial feasibility analysis using Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Break Even Point (BEP) demonstrates that the proposed business model is financially feasible for further development, while the implementation of a freemium and subscription-based model offers sustainable revenue opportunities.
