bibo:abstract "This research is motivated by the occurrence of structural conflict dynamics in Islamic educational institutions, which often cannot be fully resolved solely through secular bureaucratic approaches. The main objective is to analyze the typology and root causes of conflict, evaluate the implementation of prophetic values (Syura, Ta'awun, and Islah), and construct an organizational harmony model based on the integration of prophetic values and modern sociological theories at the Islamic Social and Educational Foundation (YSPI) Miftahul Ulum Jugosari Kabupaten Lumajang.\r\nThis research employs a qualitative approach with an case study design. Data collection was conducted through observation techniques, in-depth interviews with key and main informants, and documentation analysis. Data analysis utilized condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques, the validity of which was then tested through source, method, and theory triangulation.\r\nThe research results indicate three main elements: 1) The conflict manifests as a structural-vertical conflict rooted in vision dissonance, centralization of authority, and a loss of trust between unit leaders and the foundation's management, triggering defensive factionalism. 2) The operationalization of prophetic values proved effective in organizational recovery: Syura operates as a deliberative cultural process through spiritual obedience; Ta'awun functions as an instrument of social governance that transforms bonding social capital into cross-unit bridging social capital; and the role of Islah provides relation healing that successfully softens sectoral egos. 3) Organizational harmony is successfully constructed through a \"Dual-Engine Resolution Model,\" which is a precise synergy between ethical-spiritual legitimacy (prophetic values) and legal-rational legitimacy (AD/ART renewal). This integration yields a conflict resolution that is not merely superficially peaceful (pacification), but rather realizes a resilient and sustainable structural transformation."^^xsd:string;
