"The implementation of a non-formal Diniyah education program integrated with a\r\nformal educational institution requires the effective execution of administrative\r\nfunctions to support program management. However, in practice, the execution of\r\nthese administrative functions has not yet proceeded optimally. Furthermore,\r\nstudies regarding the implementation of administrative functions in non-formal\r\nDiniyah education programs integrated with formal institutions remain relatively\r\nlimited.\r\nThis study aims to analyze the implementation of administrative functions within\r\nthe non-formal Diniyah education program and to identify the factors influencing\r\nthat implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study\r\ndesign. The analysis is based on the management functions in educational\r\nadministration proposed by Syaiful Sagala, planning, organizing, actuating,\r\ncoordinating, directing, and controling. Data were collected through interviews,\r\nobservation, and documentation involving eight informants: the madrasah\r\nprincipal, deputy principals (for curriculum, student affairs, facilities and\r\ninfrastructure, and finance), the head of administration, and two class teachers\r\ninvolved in the program. Data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and\r\nSaldaña model-comprising data condensation, data display, and conclusion\r\ndrawing/verification-while data validity was ensured through source and technique\r\ntriangulation.\r\nThe research yielded two primary findings. First, the execution of administrative\r\nfunctions in the implementation of the Non-formal Diniyah Education Program has\r\nnot been optimal across the functions of planning, organizing, actuating,\r\ncoordinating, directing, and controling. Second, this suboptimal execution is\r\ninfluenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include\r\nrelationship patterns that remain integrated with the parent madrasah, limited\r\ntechnical managerial capacity among administrators, and the dominance of a\r\ncommunal (guyub) culture and oral traditions. Meanwhile, external factors include\r\nthe program's dual legal status within the educational structure, demands for the\r\ndigitalization of educational administration, and limited support regarding financial\r\nresources and partnerships. This study contributes to the development of\r\neducational administration scholarship within the field of Islamic Educational\r\nManagement specifically regarding the execution of administrative functions in the\r\nNon-formal Diniyah Education Program and serves as a reference for strengthening\r\nthe program's administrative governance."^^ .
