This study aimed to analyze the implementation of management functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in the teacher competency development training program, examine the tangible contribution of program management toward enhancing pedagogical competence and shifting classroom teaching practices, and identify key success factors of the training program at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Yogyakarta. This study employed a qualitative approach with field research and a case study design. Research data were gathered through in-depth interview techniques with key and supporting informants (the Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, and two participating teachers), limited participant observation, and documentation study. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data trustworthiness was scientifically tested through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The study yielded three key findings. First, the POAC management functions operated continuously through RKAS-based planning, functional organization, interactive implementation (workshops, peer teaching, and micro-teaching), and structured oversight via teaching module evaluations, supervision, and coaching. Second, training management made a tangible contribution to enhancing teachers' pedagogical competence in designing integrated teaching modules and shifting teaching paradigms toward a student-centered approach grounded in the pillars of mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning.
