(This study aims to analyze the level of conformity of the language skills material in the book Al-Lughah al-'Arabiyyah Tathqīfan wa Mahāratan with the standards of the Framework of Reference for Teaching Arabic for Non-Arabic Speakers (IMTAA); identify the level of fulfillment of the IMTAA criteria in terms of language skills, content organization, and cultural aspects; and reveal the book's strengths and weaknesses based on the criteria for teaching Arabic for non-Arabic speakers.This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. The primary data source is the book Al-Lughah al-'Arabiyyah Tathqīfan wa Mahāratan by Dr. Ayyub Girgisy al-'Aṭiyyah, while secondary data sources were obtained from various literature related to the IMTAA framework of reference and teaching Arabic for non-Arabic speakers. Data collection techniques were conducted through documentation studies, while data analysis was conducted by identifying, classifying, describing, and evaluating the book's content based on IMTAA indicators. The results of the study indicate that the language skills material in Al-Lughah al-'Arabiyyah Tathqīfan wa Mahāratan generally has a high level of conformity with IMTAA standards, particularly in the aspects of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, which are presented in an integrated and step-by-step manner. This book also meets most of the IMTAA criteria in terms of content organization, integration of learning objectives, materials, exercises, and evaluation, and integration of linguistic elements with cultural values and Islamic identity. Furthermore, this book has several strengths, including depth of material, a critical-analytical approach, integration of linguistic and cultural aspects, and development of higher-order thinking skills.
