        abstract = {This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational support, Islamic work culture, and corporate image on employee resilience at Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique on 40 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that the work environment and Islamic work culture had a significant positive influence on employee resilience, while organizational support and corporate image did not have a significant influence. Simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant influence on employee resilience.}
