This study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique on 40 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that the work environment and Islamic work culture had a significant positive influence on employee resilience, while organizational support and corporate image did not have a significant influence.
