The research is motivated by the limited employment access and persistent social stigma faced by persons with disabilities, which calls for an inclusive working environment that supports their empowerment and social participation. This study aims to describe the forms of social inclusion realized by Cupable Coffee and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation.This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the management, baristas and waiters with disabilities, café visitors, and representatives of the YAKKUM Rehabilitation Centre. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation.The results show that Cupable Coffee has realized social inclusion through disability-friendly physical accessibility, employment opportunities and barista training, the involvement of persons with disabilities in café operations, and equal social interaction with the general public. This inclusion has also increased self-confidence, economic independence, and social acceptance among persons with disabilities.
