The reading literacy program consists of a series of activities designed to familiarize children with reading materials through enjoyable learning experiences in order to develop their interest in reading from an early age. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the reading literacy program was carried out through three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The program was implemented through various activities, including shared reading, read-aloud sessions, storytelling, the use of picture storybooks, literacy-based educational games, and the utilization of a reading corner. These activities successfully increased children's reading interest, as reflected in their enthusiasm for participating in reading activities, their interest in books, and their ability to recognize letters and simple words. The study also identified supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of the program. Supporting factors included well-structured program planning, the active role of teachers, the availability of literacy media and facilities, a conducive school environment, and parental support. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors included children's initially low interest in reading, the influence of gadget use, the lack of reading habits at home, limited instructional time, and differences in children's reading abilities.
