abstract: School achievement is not only a reflection of learning outcomes, but also the implementation of the school system. The principal, in this regard, is considered to play a crucial role in improving and maintaining achievement. However, few studies have specifically examined the relationship between the principal's leadership role and school achievement without the inclusion of other variables. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the achievement of the Bina Insani Cikampek Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) and to determine the extent of the principal's leadership contribution to school achievement. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on achievement at Bina Insani Cikampek Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) and to determine the extent of the principal's leadership's contribution to school achievement. The study used a quantitative approach. The study population was all 34 teachers at SDIT Bina Insani Cikampek, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 27. The results of the study indicate that principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on school achievement. This is evidenced by the results of the simple linear regression test, which obtained a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05), thus accepting the alternative hypothesis. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.714 indicates that principal leadership contributes 71.4% to school achievement, while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by factors outside the study. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that principal leadership is a significant factor and has a strong contribution to the achievement of SDIT Bina Insani Cikampek. Therefore, continuous improvement in the quality of principal leadership is necessary to support sustainable improvements in school quality and achievement.
