The use of learning materials that are still limited and less interactive causes students to tend to be passive in the learning process. This study aimed to develop a Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based E-LKPD on virus material as teaching material for Grade X SMA/MA students and to test its feasibility and ideality level. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which was limited only to the development stage. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The feasibility test was conducted by one material expert and one media expert, while the ideality test involved one biology teacher and 15 Grade X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta. Based on the results of expert validation, the Problem-Based Learning-based E-LKPD on virus material was included in the very feasible category. The results of the material expert assessment obtained a percentage of 92% in the very feasible category, the results of the media expert assessment obtained a percentage of 95% in the very feasible category, the biology teacher obtained a percentage of 96% in the very feasible category, and the assessment of 15 students obtained a percentage of 82.07% in the very feasible category.
