        <dc:description>Business competition occurs in various industrial sectors, one of which is the food industry that thinks of an effective strategy in the form of attractive packaging because it plays an important role related to Packaged Commodities, selling points, and product images. The MSME factory of Mie Dokar has a 250 gram Dokar Noodle packaging currently which has a similar aspect of the visual design of the packaging with the visual design of the 250 gram Garuda Noodle packaging and has not fully met the food label regulations. This study aims to develop a visual design of 250 gram gig Noodle Packaging based on consumer needs using the Quality Function Deployment method while still using the reference provisions of food labels. Consumer votes were collected through open questionnaires to 50 potential consumers and continued with the distribution of closed questionnaires of interest and satisfaction to 53 respondents who were finally selected answers from 35 respondents according to research criteria. This study resulted in 14 visual design attributes of 250 gram noodles packaging after going through validity and reliability tests that represent visual elements in the form of logos, colors, typography, images, and layouts and continued with translation into 14 technical responses using house of quality. The results of the development of visual packaging design in the form of two new alternatives in accordance with the provisions of the food packaging label benchmarking process with the visual design of the current Dokar Noodle packaging and the visual design of the 250 gram Garuda Noodle packaging using a decision-making approach with the highest value on alternative 2 (0.999), outperforming Alternative 1 (0.892), Garuda noodles 250 grams (0.834), and the current 250 gram Dokar Noodle packaging (0.796).</dc:description>
